Orders and Shipping
Processing/handling time of 0-1 business days (Monday to Saturday)
3-5 working days free delivery to United Kingdom. (Monday to Saturday)
1-3 working days paid delivery to United Kingdom (Monday to Saturday)
Desktop: Click ” My account ” button on top right corner then click ” Account Details “, you’ll see your account details and password option there.
Mobile: Tap “hamburger menu ” at top left corner then “My Account “after “Account Details ” you’ll see your account details and password changing options there.
You can change it from My Account (Make sure you’ve logged in) > Addresses section. However if you need to change it immidiately please contact us so we can correct your details before shipping out your parcel.
You can track your parcel by clicking this link & entering the tracking number you’ve received by e-mail.
We can only see last 4 digits of your credit card number. Your other card information will be covered & protected by Stripe.
Since we’re not VAT register, we do not charge VAT.
We can ship worldwide but we mainly focused on UK customers. If you don’t see your shipping country on checkout. Please contact us so we can arrange shipping to your area.
You may receive sepearate parcels and traacking informations based on your order weight and quantity.

Currently we do accept 30 Day returns. You can see more details by clicking Returns & Refunds page.
If you received wrong item. Kindly keep it as you received it. We can arrange redelivery for your correct order.
If you received wrong or damaged item. We do provide free return label to return them. Then we can arrange free redelivery or full refund.
We do provide return QR code for you to return it to our address. All you need to do pack your return and show the qr code Royal Mail. Please try to pack it smallest as you can.
We have contact page where you can see our contact details. We can assist you through e-mail or Whatsapp. Whatsapp would be faster way to reach us.

Yes, you can cancel your order in 12 hours from the date of purchase. Kindly contact us from contact us page and we can change or cancel your order.
No, but we can give you date if we’re planning to restock the products sold out.
